WHAT IS RAW BUCKWHEAT NIGHTINGALE GRAIN?

Buckwheat is produced in Kursk, an agricultural and ecologically clean region of Russia. Buckwheat is Slavuj’s primary product. The wonderful properties of this cereal have won all our love and attention, which is returned to us many times over through healthy and delicious meals. Unlike brown buckwheat, green buckwheat is not thermally processed. Such an unprocessed grain contains 30% more useful micro- and macroelements and vitamins than steamed (fried) buckwheat. The gentle mechanical processing does not damage the kernels of the grain, therefore the entire spectrum of vitamins and minerals (in their raw state) is completely preserved. Buckwheat has a mild nutty taste and can be consumed boiled or steamed.
